It is with great pleasure that Chapman’s List Barristers welcomes Alexander Campbell to our growing list of barristers.
Alex has a broad commercial practice, with a particular interest in corporations (including insolvency, directors’ duties, oppression, derivative actions), banking and finance, property, and construction matters.
He is regularly briefed to appear and advise in all Victorian courts and tribunals and the Federal Court, both led and unled. Alex appears in trial, appellate and interlocutory hearings (e.g., injunctions, freezing orders, summary judgment, security for costs, amendment).
Alex holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science from Monash University and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
