Adrian has an extensive commercial law practice advising upon and appearing in County, Supreme and Federal Court cases both in Victoria and interstate as well as appearing at Arbitrations and Mediations and appearances before professional bodies and tribunals. Adrian also has comprehensive experience in Criminal matters in all jurisdictions including trial work. Adrian also occasionally appears at the Magistrate’s Court and in VCAT in a varying range of matters.
Adrian’s broad corporate and commercial litigation practice encompasses most aspects of commercial law including construction law and includes advisory work on complex commercial matters (Including international and cross jurisdictional agreements) and drafting commercial and corporate agreements and litigation pleadings.
