Nicholas Bird

Nicholas has experience in a broad range of commercial law matters. Nicholas regularly advises on disputes concerning, among other things, building and construction, property, corporations, insolvency, consumer matters and succession.

Nicholas is available to appear in all courts and tribunals.

Nicholas completed degrees in Arts and in Law at Monash University, and has completed a Master of Laws at the London School of Economics and Political Science, specialising in Corporate & Securities Law.

He is a contributing author to Victorian Courts, a Thomson Reuters publication concerning civil procedure issues in Victoria. He is a reporter for Victorian Reports. He is also a contributing author to The Law Handbook, which is published annually by the Fitzroy Legal Service.

He serves as the Secretary to the Professional Standards Board of the Anglican Church in Victoria and in South Australia.
