Chapman’s List Barristers congratulates Peter Rozen KC on his appointment as a Judge to the County Court of Victoria. The link to the Premier’s appointment is attached below.
Judge Rozen came to the bar in November on 1998 and was appointed silk in November of 2018. Judge Rozen has primarily practised in OH&S cases, public law, inquests and inquiries, and industrial law. Recently, Judge Rozen was appointed as senior counsel assisting the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety and counsel assisting in the St Basil’s nursing home inquest.
